Zero Tolerance Rules, Policy and Procedures
This is a voluntary housing program. To remain in good standing you must abide by all the policy and procedures herein and remain current on all non-refundable program fees. You start as soon as you enter the Fresh Start Brothers LLC doorstep. There are NO maximum lengths of the program. This is an at-will program. What you do to assist you in future growth while in this program is up to you. You are responsible for what happens after you leave this program.
If you choose to leave our program, you MUST notify your Program Director before you leave. WE DO NOT HOLD BEDS. We will also notify your P.O. of any altercations, fights, stealing, panhandling, suspicions of drug use, threats, breaking of curfew and anything else that we may deem necessary for reporting while you are in our program.
Program Participants agree to abide by the following curfew: 10:00 PM. After curfew, residents are to stay in the home unless there is an emergency. If there is an emergency, then you will be instructed by Direct Staff on what to do next.
If you have employment you must make sure you report that information to the Housing Director. Breaking curfew will NOT be tolerated. No excuses.
During your participation period, you are encouraged to seek employment and other avenues in which to better your situation in life. This is your responsibility, not Fresh Start Brothers. If you want your life to be better, you will make the effort to make it better. We can assist you by giving you a hand up, not handouts.
If you become employed during your participation in this program, you MUST inform your Housing Director of the details of your employment. You must also inform Direct Staff of your work days and hours before you begin working. No exceptions. If your schedule changes or you are no longer employed, you must inform Direct Staff immediately.
